Refund Policy for Online Ready-Made Garment Store:

Thank you for shopping at our online store. We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Refund Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process:

  • We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
  • For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  • Return Shipping:

    You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid in case of COD.

    PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.


  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
  • Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
  • Refund Processing: If the returned item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
  • Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
